We must first teach them how the internet works and make them aware that each action they take online can be tracked and viewed. They must protect their personal information and leave a favorable digital footprint with their online presence. Because interacting via the internet differs from conversing face-to-face, and users may misunderstand some points, a person must clarify others' perspectives and be aware of his online behaviors. He must respect individuals on the other side of the screen and avoid cyberbullying. Before contributing to the publication of information, a good digital citizen double-checks it, prevents plagiarism, and pays acknowledgment to the original sources of information.

Teaching online comes with its own challenges. Another challenge is keeping your students on-task and engaged when learning online, some students reported that this online learning made them feel lonely and demotivated, unlike real-life classes. Last year, I had no clue how teachers worked, and deciding whether or not I wanted to be a teacher was a bit daunting for me because I knew nothing about teaching and had no prior experience.
