Because interacting via the internet differs from conversing face-to-face, and users may misunderstand some points, a person must clarify others' perspectives and be aware of his online behaviors. He must respect individuals on the other side of the screen and avoid cyberbullying. Before contributing to the publication of information, a good digital citizen double-checks it, prevents plagiarism, and pays acknowledgment to the original sources of information.

Teaching online comes with its own challenges. Another challenge is keeping your students on-task and engaged when learning online, some students reported that this online learning made them feel lonely and demotivated, unlike real-life classes. Last year, I had no clue how teachers worked, and deciding whether or not I wanted to be a teacher was a bit daunting for me because I knew nothing about teaching and had no prior experience.

A year later, I was introduced to the world of teachers. I learned that many skills are necessary to be a successful teacher and engage students in their learning to keep them on task; including the ability to manage students' behavior, set rules while also being thoughtful and caring for students, the ability to plan, implement, and assess students with different learning styles, use the appropriate model for each topic, have good social skills to communicate with colleagues, meet, and stay in touch with parents.

My Opinion About Integrating Technology Into Teaching

Some may view technology integration in education as a distraction; nevertheless, if its usage is consistently monitored and analyzed, the benefits of employing it in the classroom much outweigh the disadvantages. Powerpoints, games, learning platforms, online grading systems, and Google Apps may all be used to improve the overall structure of the learning process and assist students' progress. Technology is recognized for being interactive; instead of being a passive listener or spectator, a student actively engages in classes, functioning as his or her own driving force while the teacher supervises his/her activities, which in turn enhances students' cognitive potentials. Instructors may also keep track of students' knowledge and help them develop their skills, also there's a chance that the instructor and the students will build a partnership.

When it comes to lesson planning, online teaching allows teachers to think outside the box and incorporate more of their creative ideas than ever before, allowing them to adjust their teachings to the learning styles of individual students.
