Challenges You Might Face When Teaching Online

Teaching online comes with its own challenges. One of these challenges is keeping our students safe. Teachers must strike a balance between assuring kids' online safety and allowing them to explore the internet's resources. Another challenge is keeping your students on-task and engaged when learning online, some students reported that this online learning made them feel lonely and demotivated, unlike real-life classes. Teachers must pay real attention to scheduling regular meetings as well as coordinating group work, activities, and discussions to assure a rich learning environment for students. Teachers might also face some hard time getting introduced to new apps imposed by the school and therefore must be prepared to add to their knowledge at any time, explore and try the apps before presenting them to their students.
